GENERAL CONDITIONS:
1.Minimum 5 days rental. Minimum age 20/group A & B/; group C - 25 years old.
2. Refundable deposit of $225 cash is required before commencement of the rental. Limited milage of 150 miles per day. Additional charges of 55 cents per mile/50 cents per km.
3. All authorized drivers must have international driver's license offered by ALTA TRAVEL AGENCY, INC.
4. At the time of reservation deposit of $100 is required. Additional driver may be added at this time for $20.
5. Pick up and drop off at Krakow Balice Airport.
6. Prices are per week and then per day, based on 24 hour period of time. After a one hour grace period, charges for an additional day become due.
7. Insurance is mandatory per car per day. Credit card insurance coverage allowed/AX, VI, MC/. Please check first with credit card company. To take advantage of this coverage client must decline the optional Damage Reduction(DR) and Theft Protection(TP). The card must be identical to the card presented upon pickin up the car in Krakow. Paying cash AmerCarPol insurance is mandatory.
8. VAT tax not included. All rates are subject to change without further notice. All cars must be returned with full tank of gas, otherwise costumer shall be charged for full tank according to the current fuel prices in Krakow.
9. In case of damage, the renter has to settle all repair costs with AmerCarPol or credit card company. Cash deposit is retained until damage fully settled.
10. AmerCarPol Terms and Conditions signed at the time of picking up the car are mandatory.
